2. In brief

The 6D personality test runs entirely in your browser. Your answers and your result are neither transmitted to us nor to third parties, and they are not stored. If you close the page or reload it, they are gone. This website uses no cookies, no local storage of the browser, no analytics or tracking services, no advertising and no fonts or scripts from third-party servers.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (Hostinger). Hostinger provides the technical infrastructure and, as a processor on our behalf, processes the access data described below. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger. The server location selected for this website is: Germany.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient provision of this website.

4. Server log files

When you open the website, the server automatically records technically necessary data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system.
The purpose is to operate and secure the website (for example to defend against attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not merge the data with other data sources and do not use it to create user profiles. The retention period of the log files is determined by the hosting provider according to its technical specifications. We do not analyze the log files and do not store them permanently. Longer storage only takes place if it is necessary to investigate a security incident.

5. No cookies, no tracking

We do not set cookies and do not access information on your device that is not technically required to display the page. A consent banner is therefore not necessary. We use no web analytics and no tracking. If this changes in future, we will inform you here and, where required, obtain your consent beforehand.

6. Language selection

Whether you see the German or the English version is decided by your browser alone: the page reads your browser’s language setting locally and forwards you to the English version if the setting is not German. There is no location lookup via your IP address, and the choice is not stored. You can switch at any time with the language button at the top right.

7. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. There is no connection to servers of Google or other providers.

8. Evaluation in the personality test

The profile, the crystal, the signature and all texts are generated locally in your browser according to fixed calculation rules. There is no automated individual decision-making with legal effect or similarly significant effect within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. We do not carry out profiling. Statements about your personality can be very personal. Because they do not leave your browser, we have no access to them.

9. Comparison link and sharing

If you create a comparison link, it contains your six values and, if you enter one, a name after the # character. Your browser does not send this part of the address to our server. If you forward the link via messenger, email or social networks, however, the respective service and the recipients can see it. Therefore share it only with people to whom you want to show your values.

10. Contact by email

If you write to us by email, we process your sender address and the content of the message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for requests related to a contract. We delete the data as soon as the request is dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. The email inbox is also operated by Hostinger.

This website may contain links to sources on the internet. When you click them you leave our site. The operators of those pages are responsible for data processing there.

12. Your rights

You have the following rights against us: access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To do so, write to info@6dcompass.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
